"HHW" Recycling Day
 Durr Marketing is proud to sponsor the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Recycling Day, presented by PA Cleanways of Westmoreland County. This is an annual event where Durr Marketing recycles over 450 carloads of Household Hazardous Waste. Durr Marketing employees are on hand to assist in the check-in efforts. Celebrating Earth Day
 Each year, Durr Marketing celebrates Earth Day at a local elementary school. The program is sponsored by Durr Marketing Associates, Inc., and presented in collaboration with the Wildlife Habitat Council. The theme is "Conservation Starts in Your Own Backyard" and it is discussed with the help of a representative of the Pittsburgh Office of the Wildlife Habitat Council, who presents the four elements of backyard conservation. Tools are provided by the National Association of Chemical Distributors Education Foundation (NACDEF) and Durr Marketing presents ways to properly recycle Household Hazardous Waste (HHW). Product Stewardship Internship Opportunities
 Each summer, Durr Marketing hosts an intern from a local area high school for 4-8 weeks. This individual will assist in our annual National Association of Chemical Distributors (NACD) audit of policies and procedures as they relate to the responsible distribution process. This is an opportunity for a young person to learn more about how companies operate in a responsible manner in the chemical distribution industry.
